New member here!

Let me introduce myself, my name is Sal and I have 2 classic cars, a 1958 Impala and a 1970 Cutlass convertible. I live in Freehold NJ. I purchased my 70 Cutlass 3 years ago November. My wife always mentioned we should buy a convertible so I found this one about 30 miles from my house, I told my wife and she said go for it! The has a 4 barrel 350ci with a turbo 350 transmission. It was in near mint condition until September 3rd when a elderly driver decided to make a left hand turn in front of me. Thankfully it was not totaled but it has major front end damage. It will go to the collision shop in December. Here are a few pictures of it and my 58 Impala.

Welcome Sal. Hope nobody was hurt, accidents always look ugly. Glad to hear you've enjoyed it and still can. Best of luck to you getting it fixed up. Nice Impala too.
Welcome aboard.

Thanks,
My wife was injured in the accident, a fractured vertibre on her neck, hurt her hand when she put her hands out and cracked the dashboard, twisted her right ankle and hurt her back. I hurt my back and knee. I was driving about 35mph on impact.

Oh no!

It's a bummer to hear about your accident.

I hope your injuries heal. I'm sure you can't wait to see your Cutlass fixed and pretty. Keep us posted.
