Question 79 Cutlass Supreme Help

Hi everybody. I'm brand new to the forum, but I figured this was the logical place to start looking for help. My dad and I started a project rebuilding my grandfather's 79 Cutlass Supreme. He bought it off the showroom floor in '79.

We did a bunch of routine maintenance on it before attempting to start it after it sat for almost 20 years, but it proved futile. The engine threw a rod right away. So we bought a brand new 305 crate motor, plus full Edelbrock intake and carb, also firmit with headers, dual exhaust and a custom cross member. Here's where our problem comes in.

Before we tore it down, I took photos of the entire engine compartment; however, my phone crashed since we started the project and I lost the photos. Now we need somebody to send us photos of all the accessory drive components because we don't remember how everything bolts up to the engine. (Except the smog pump, because that was the first thing to go in the trash!) We are so close to finishing this project!

If anybody has images or diagrams of the alternator, power steering pump, AC, etc. and how their mounting brackets bolt up, please post them on this thread.

Thanks for the help in advance and I look forward to being a part of this forum.

I don't know much about the 79 olds. Did your car come w a 305? ASFAIK THE 305 is a Chevy engine and most everything is different from an olds engine.
