first off, i'm new to this forum. i have a 1980 olds cutlass with the y68 package. its in good shape but it needs a crank bearing replaced. the stainless roof is in mint shape. Just looking to see what it could be worth. was parked for 10 years and the last owner had it for 17 years. has 350 in it now. also has 442 chrome wheels. do these cars fetch any money. looking to sell as i have a line on a 83 hurst.

From what I understand not many 1980 Supremes got the Y68 appearance package, but it was offered from 78 all the way till 88. Some sites say as many as 6000 cars got this appearance package. Part of a promo dealer dressup option to sell more cars.


Do they fetch $$$? Hard to say. I don't think they were as popular a body style as the later 80's streamlined body. It should have had a 350 in it from the factory if it was a 442. Post some pics of your car so we can all see how nice it looks.
