I'm a friend of the late Bob Rosa

Hello,
I would like to introduce myself as a real car buff as I do automotive restoration, interior, and convertible tops as my vocation. I am here for a somewhat sad note but hope I can get good, honest, information here concerning Oldsmobile Cutlass parts and current values. I hope to get to know some of you along the way also.
Back in January of 2011 Bob Rosa passed away tragically in an auto accident. He was very active with 1970 Olds Cutlass cars and had several through the years. Until recent years, he had a 1970 W-31 he had purchased new. My wife and I have been good friends with Bob & Jane for many years. Now the family wants to do something with the many parts and a couple of the cars that's left. As a friend, I suggested we research what we have and post here for help.
So, I hope you will bear with me through this task and maybe we can all come out happy knowing Bob would have liked to see it this way. Thanks.

Welcome to CO

Always sad to hear of the passing of another Oldsmobile enthusiast. It will be our honor to help make sure that your friends cars and parts remain in the Olds community

Thanks for the kind words and the warm welcome.
Maybe you folks could direct me to the proper topic area of the forum to ask questions concerning details of parts and cars and their respective values. Also, the best way to make sure they get into the proper hands of other enthusiasts.

Sorry for your loss and welcome.

I think there are enough on here who would offer advice on fair market value of the parts. You might want to consider a list possibly with pics.

General Discussion forum is probably fine until you have decided on selling price.

Hopefully you wont have to fend off flippers.
