I have looked and searched. There is no where, that I can see to add an avitar.

 

Go into your PM (private messages) box. If your logged in look to the upper right hand corner of this window, click on "Your Notifications:" Then look at the menu to the left and you'll see "Your Control Panel" Under that you'll find the catagory "Settings and Options" The first thing under that is "Edit Avitar"
