Welcome to CO

Terry,

In order to install disc breaks on your 57 you will have to convert to a firewall mounted after market power booster and dual master cylinder, this requires removing the air box on the engine fire wall and installing a blank plate. Then you will have to install a hanging brake pedal assembly from a 70's model donor car. This will require fabrication. I did this conversion using the scarebird brake kit http://www.scarebird.com/. on my 57 Olds.

The below floor system cannot accept a dual master cylinder. Good luck, if I can be of any help pm me

Pat
