on a scale of 1 to 10 how do u rate my g-heads from a 71 delta 88 455 moter?

on a scale of 1 to 10 how do u rate my g-heads from a 71 delta 88 455 moter?
I want about 400 horses out of the 455.all is stock bored over 40.mild cam.what is a good head upgrade and how good are g heads.

G heads are good. They get a lot better with larger valves and some porting, but from what I have read that may push you into the price range of the Procomp aluminum heads.
