Resurrected Cutlass

I bought this car in high school, too many years ago to remember. Hit by another car in the early 90's. Started a rebuild, fresh paint, new motor, and then life parked it for 30 years. 1967 Cutlass convertible 455 built for torque. Fresh gas and it fired right up and runs strong.

Love the color. When I was 14, I slid my little 90cc motorcycle in the rain right into the back of the same car. It was black, but other than that, same. I flew through the air and fell through the 'vert top. The owner was a guy I sorta knew in school but he was a year older. Thought I would get pounded but he was cool about it. I still see him now and then. He married a friend of mine. I'm sure he wishes he still had the car.
