I am bennie442, a registered user, and log on as such, yet when I travel to various pages, I am not recognized as a registered user, even when I register ( again ) on that particular page that I was viewing. What gives?

 

If you check the remember me box in your browser when you first sign, it should help.

 

If your browser does not store or keep cookies, you will have a similar issue also.

I've never heard of that one. I'd suggest it's your puter acting up. BTW, what Joe said about 'remember me' is a good tip. If you stay inactive on a post for more than 15 minutes, the site logs you off - which is prolly what you're experiencing.

When you're finished with your daily session, just scroll to the top of whatever page you're viewing and hit the 'log out' on the right side topic bar. If you don't, you will remain logged in until site mtce kicks you off.
