I think Fusick (www.fusick.com) sells them. About $250?

Welcome. You may be aware that Olds never installed the W-35 rear wing on the Cutlass Supreme body style, though many owners have subsequently installed them. The problem is that the angle of the decklid is different between the Supreme notchback coupe and the other Cutlass "fastback" coupe body styles, so the angle on the bottom of the legs on the wing is different. Again, others have done this - the look is your call. In any case, $200-250 seems to be the going rate for brand-name repros.

So Joe, would that mean there never was a spoiler on a convertible?

Not from the factory, no. In fact, the only remotely "factory" convertibles to ever get the rear wing were the three 1969 H/O convertibles, and in the case of those cars, the wing was installed by Hurst (actually, Demmer).
