rear discs

I already have front disc rear drums on my 68 442. Do I need to replace the proportioning valve if I put disc in the back?

Also who makes A good rear disc brake kit?

yes you have to replace it with disc/disc along with the master cylinder.
Right Stuff has a decent kit for rear brake conversion.
