There's virtually nothing for the B bodies in the repop market. Best bet is to scour the bone yards for a donor. A battery powered jigsaw with a fine tooth blade and drill are your best bets for getting it off with minimal deformation. Bring a roll of masking tape to define your cut lines and keep them straight ... you'll really appreciate that when it comes time to install it.
If you find a clean-ist donor .. grab everything you can get away with. As you've noticed ... parts are tough to get ... there's a good market for them right here .. particularly solid floor pans ... but if I found them, I'd never let them go.

Bring spare batteries and watch out for dry brush.

Bingo on the dry grass Eric ... we've already covered that I'm skittish on anything that might burst into flames. And if your donor's not been drained right ... or even previous cars that sat in that spot leaked anything ...the risk is worse. You generally get better battery duration with the jigsaw, while the circular saw will give straighter cuts. Shallow depth control goes to the circular saw too. There's also the battery 4.5" angle grinder that gives you the best for tight spots, with enough power to chew through supporting members and slice off nuts and bolts, but still has that spark risk. Keep a 10lbs ABC extinguisher on hand and they're all good options ... and the extinguisher can be used to neutralize any critters. I'm a fan of CO2 for that job. Not the best for grass, but imo, the best all around. $13 for a refill ... I'll even give rusty nuts a shot to thermally shock them loose.
