re-introductions...1961 f-85 wagon

hey it's been awhile so i thought i would reintroduce myself. I'm on my third olds this new project is 1961 f-85 wagon with 51,000 original miles. My last olds was a 61 Dynamic 88 and the one before that was a 66 Dynamic 88. I figured I would get back into the swing of things cause this wagon has some odd stuff on it...I'm an ASE certified parts counterman and tracking down parts for this car has been....fun to say the least so far!
thanks
justin

Hi Justin: Welcome back. Not that I have any, I'm just curious as to what parts you are trying to track down?

stuff like suspension parts and brakes seem to be non exsistant. i know i could go to Kanter, i'm just the type of person that hates to pay the price for someone else to figure out what parts will work on other cars, i like to track nos stuff down. luckily engine and speed parts are plentiful due to the engines long life with Land Rover.

normally i like sixties style customs.... but the low production numbers on this model has me torn between custom and stock. so right now the plan is getting it safe and reliable for some summertime cruising.

I'm getting a 63 Cutlass and will be parting out soon. Suspension parts should be the same. Might be some other parts you can use. Let me know if you might need used parts.
