Re assembly help

Hi---

Doing a frame off on a 1950 2door sedan and while we took good photos on dis-assembly, we are stuck on how to install the rubber body hinge pillar sealing strip between the door and fender. Is it glued or what?

Any help is appreciated.

The car will have a 57 J2 engine coupled to a Tremec 5 speed trans and a Ford 8.8 welded into the Olds suspension to get rear disc brakes. The front clip is from a 2004 Ford Crown Vic with power steering, disc brakes, struts etc. Other than those mods for roadability, it will appear bone stock with all the original chrome and stainless and a stock cloth interior.

Welcome to CO., we love the fifties Oldsmobiles. When you get a chance you might get a answer to your question by posting it in the vintage forum where a bunch of fifties types live, lots of good information there. And as you will find out we love pictures when you can please post a few for us to admire....Lost in the fifties ...Tedd
