Newbie from Vermont

I am new here, I have a 72 supreme. Was wondering if anyone else was from anywhere near northern Vermont?

woohoo! Another newenglander! I have a 71 Cutlass supreme. I am in southern ME, but probably still a good 4 hours from you. damn east-west highway thing... There is a great Olds bone yard about an hour north of me. Do you know of any your way?

what kind of shape is your 72 in?

Welcome vtcutlass, sorry to hijack your thread.

71supreme, where is this "Olds bone yard about an hour north", and what's it called? I've been trying to find a good junkyard in Maine, but can't seem to find one with older cars.

Hey EKi,

There is a bone yard discussion going on in the general discussion boards. I'll post it there. I'd love to know other places to find old parts too. see you over there....

I will have to try to get the camera out tomorrow, although i have terrible luck when I try to post pictures online. There are no good salvage yards around here. My car is in very solid unrestored condition. The body has one or two small dents, the paint is good from 10-20 feet. The interior needs to be redone and there is a patch panel on each of the front floorboards, looks to be more from wet feet thasn anything. The car originally came from Texas.

I was surprized at the remoteness of VT - a place of beauty and Norman Rockwell down in Arlington, if my memory serves me. Welcome to CO.
