Hey there, just checking out the CO site for info on 1938 Olds Business Coupe that my Dad had way back in the day.

Baldeagle? Love it! Welcome to CO. I doubt you will find many '38 owners here. You might want to check out the Oldsmobile sections on the AACA forum for folk who are capable of speaking your language?

Welcome to the CO baldeagle. I sure would like to see some pics of that "rare bird" you have. Let's see if it was the F-38 Business Coupe then the base price back then would've been a whopping $873.00 and they produced 8558 of them, but if it was the L-38 Business Coupe then that one's base price would've been $989.00 and they only produced 1100 of those. The "F" series started in 1928 and was the least expensive of the two and had a 6 cyl. While the "L" series began in 1932 and had different grilles to say the least and an 8 cyl.

I know of one '40 90 series coupe owned by Funkwagon455, recently added to his stable! May be more "lurking" out there.
