Hi, hope everyone is safe after the strange year we had. I still own our 1970 Delta 88 purchased new in September 1969 from Middlesex Motors in Spotswood, NJ and was assembled at the Linden, NJ plant. Yes, it was my father's Oldsmobile, he traded a 1962 Super 88 for the 1970 Olds. It still has the original 350, turbo 400 that have never been out as well as mostly original paint. Dad wanted something that would run on regular gas so the 455 was out as well as the 350 4 bbl motor. These full size cars of this era were probably more spacious and comfortable than most SUVs today and can cruise effortlessly all day. Unfortunately storage is becoming a problem, so it may be looking for a new home.
