Newbie '71 Cutlass

Picked up this 1971 Cutlass yesterday. Drove it roughly 250kkms home. Drove great. The original 350 rocket engine is out of the car and waiting for me to pick it up. Needs a rebuild. Looks as though that will be a winter project.

Thank you.

307 with a cam and roller lifters. Also has a 4bbl intake Rochester carb and headers. Goes ok. I really need to get better gears into the rear end.

Welcome, Looks like a nice car with a lot of options to do what you want or nothing? Whats the interior like?

Thanks. I'm planning on putting the original engi9ne back in and putting in better rear end gears.

here is a pick of the front interior. The back stitching of the headliner came undone somehow on the way home when I picked up the car. I'm sure the stitching was frail. So I am going to have that fixed at some point. A side from that it's pretty nice inside.

Oh, I'd also like to find an original steering wheel.
