Hi all. I just bought this 72 cutlass S model this past weekend. It looks a lot better in pictures, I must say. The paint is fairly new and the upholstery was redone by the previous owner, to match the original colors. I had to adjust the distributor and engine idle screw on the carb but I haven't done much past that aside from cleaning/polishing it. It needs the AC converted from R12 and recharged, but winter is coming so that is a lower priority. I am guessing some of the seals might be getting leaky from age. I'm also looking to replace the carb air filter, transmission filter, installing a newer (and working) stereo system, and possibly converting the front drums to discs. I will certainly be by with questions later on haha.
Nice Cutlass. I like the background you chose of the A-10 Thunderbolt II (Warthog)! They have such a unique sound; used to listen to them taking off from Patrick AFB in Florida when the Navy sent me to Port Canaveral.
