New to the Oldsmobile world...

Hey folks,

Just joined. Main reason being a '72 Delta 88 Royale convertible. Looks like I'll be hanging out here quite a lot

As for me, I'm Dante, a 31yo systems administrator living in San Diego, CA. In the past I dabbled in the Dodge world with an '85 Diplomat, but that went away several years back. Now the old car bug itched again. I'll make a more detailed post about the car in a more appropriate area.

Cheers!

Thumbs up Another Chysler conversion.

Welcome. An 85 Dodge Diplomat?
What were they thinking anyway?

A 72 Olds vert... Like that. Nice.
A lot more room to work on for ONE thing.
Even if the Olds has at least two more cylinders.
Did yours have the four? Never mind...

Oldsmobiles rule! Again, welcome and post up
some pics of that FINE automobile.

Well, that thing had a 318 V8, so same number of cylinders, but a much much lower displacement

The 88 is getting towed tonight to my place, as soon as I get some daylight chance to get pics I'll post them here.

Cheers,

Dante
