Greetings.
I have a 71 442 convertible and looking into completing a restoration. I have been looking through the site and have seen some great information. Hopefully I can come to the site with questions or concerns. I currently am looking for a drivers side door for the car. I want to thank everyone in advance for all your help.

Welcome ! X3 on pics

I might add if you list your location in your post it might help find some parts near you that would help keep shipping cost down. There are a few people that sell and collect and sell

Welcome aboard! Be sure to start a thread about your restoration.

FYI, the drivers side door is the same from 70-72 for ALL models of CS, Cutlass and Cutlass S so you shouldn't have any shortage of donors to choose from. What's the issue with your existing door - lower seam rot/perforation? (common as heck on these cars) If it's just the outer door skin, you can get replacement sheet metal.

Located in New Jersey

I am located in central New Jersey, close to Raceway Park. Thanks for the tip about all the different doors that will fit. My door is rotted both inside and outside. It is rotted on the inside down at the lower corner where all the A bodies rot. Before this I had a big block El Camino and the door was rotted in the same spot.

Ok, so the East coast.
Send these guys a PM. I know they have doors because they part out these cars regularly.
Eric - (jensenracing77) Brazil, Indiana
Scott - (oldspackrat) Indianapolis Indiana

Maybe someone closer will chime in, but Eric and Scott are both good to deal with.
