A little more info...

I bought it sight unseen on eBay from a guy in chicago who had as a cruise in car only, and he did a pretty decent fixup on it before I got. We met halfway in Pennsylvania and I drove it home. 20 minutes into the ride, the car started shaking really bad. Turns out the driveshaft was bent, and the tires had bad flat spots on them. I could only drive 31mph. Took me 12-1/2 hours to drive home. So that was my first foray into owning this car. Easy fix at the local shaft shop for $30, but that was a long drive home.

Its a 1972 Vista Cruiser with a 350 rocket and a 2bbl rochester, third row, all new interior and headliner with a decnet paint job and no roof rack, 15 inch rims. she ran absolutely great when I got her, then I got a job where I was gone for a long time, then we moved, and then we got super busy, then we had a child. So the vista cruiser mostly sat about all the time with intermittent use. Then it got a tap on the right bank. I just posted in the engine forum on what to do. I'd like to consider myself a good mechanic, but I'm bolt on-bolt off kind of mechanic. I can't work the magic some people do, nor can i figure it out on my own.

My wife and I decided to make this a daily driver for me - because why not? I just need some help to figure this out.
