If your car is a '64, it could have been assembled any time between about August 1963 and July 1964 as the model year and the build year do not match up. For as long as anyone can remember, model years began in the early fall of the previous year, so 1964 Oldsmobiles were in dealer showrooms and could have been purchased as early as October 1963.
Perhaps you're looking at the body number plate, sometimes called the cowl tag, which is under the hood on the firewall on the driver's side, and it has, among other letters and numbers, a three-character code which gives the date the car was assembled (more or less) at the particular plant at which it was built. The code will be a two-number/one-letter code, something like 10C or 04A. The two numbers give the month (10 = October, 04 = April, etc.), and the letter gives the week of the month (A = first week, B = second week, etc.). So a code of 10C would mean a car built in the third week of October, and if we're talking about a 1964 model year car, that would mean the third week of October 1963. If it's a '65 model, it would mean the third week of October 1964. And so forth.
If you post a photo of your car, we can tell you in an instant which model year it is.
A 1964 Jetstar I looks like this from the front (all of the full-size Oldsmobile of this year looked pretty much like this):
A '65 Jetstar I will look like this. The differences are easy to see.

Hello oldmobile drivers,
It' s a model 64 thats for sure .
But my car papers show me date of first admission 30-06-1963 .
But maybe they mesed that up when they looked at it over here to get it in holland.
And there's a tag by the left door that shows Oldsmobile 874c006078.
I'll have a look for other tags later.
But does anyone know what breakbooster goes in .
Is brakebooster with part number 5471326 the correct one ?.

It decodes as follows:
8 = 8-cylinder engiine
7 = series (Jetstar I)
4 = model year (1964)
C = assembly plant (Southgate, California)
006078 = production sequence number for all vehicles built at Southgate for the 1964 model year.
One thing that IS interesting about you car's VIN is the sequence number:
006078
That is a very low number. At the Southgate plant, the first sequence number was 001001, so your vehicle is 006078 - 001000 = 005078. In other words, you car was the 5,078th vehicle to be built at that plant. That may seem like a large number, but Oldsmobile built a total of about 550,000 cars in 1964 spread amongst six assembly plants.
I don't know the actual production at each plant that year, but if we just use averages, that's 550,000/6 = about 92,000 cars per plant. With a production number of about 5,000, your car was one of the first 5% of cars to be produced at that plant, so it was a very early model-year build, which is consistent with it having that weird June 1963 date associated with it.
If you're of a mind to, please take a clear photo of the cowl tag and post it. It would be very interesting to decode the numbers on it. I mentioned where it's located in my post above. This one is for a '67 Chevrolet Camaro, but this is what it looks like:

Hello again ,
Here's a picture from the cowl tag that's on the car.
And thanks for the info that's on de vin tag .
I'm very curious what you can get from the cowl tag.
And does somebody knows the part nr for a new brakebooster for my car.
It looks like this one 5471326 but i would like to know for sure.
thanks Barry

Thanks for posting that. There is actually not all that much on it as the "ACC" area is blank. That means that the car had few body shop-installed accessories (roof drip moldings, tinted windows, deluxe seat belts, power antenna, etc.). There would not be any indication on the cowl tag of options like power steering, power brakes, that sort of thing.
10E = 5th week of October 1963 build date. That's not as early as I might have guessed from the VIN, but it's still early in the build year.
34 = Jetstar I
57 = Sports Coupe (two door hardtop, the only body style the Jetstar I was available in)
BC = Southgate, California assembly plant (we knew this from the VIN)
1279 = Fisher Body sequence number at the Southgate plant
TRIM 302 = silver vinyl interior
Paint code J (first one) = lower body color = Fern Mist
Paint code J (second one) = upper body color = Fern Mist
Paint code J (third one) = wheel color (I think) = Fern Mist
Here's a page out of the 1964 Olds Brochure showing a version of your car in red.

Here's a 1964 Olds color paint chip chart. Fern Mist is second from the bottom in the first column. Sort of a silver color, which is what you would expect given the interior color was also silver. That sounds like a great color combination. We'd love to see photos of your car.

I don't think Fusick will have a new or even a remanufactured brake booster. At least, their current website doesn't show anything in this regard. I don't find an option to download their catalog any more. Do they no longer have it?
Anyway, the last catalog I did download from them dated July 1, 2014 (catalog 23BC) lists a power booster rebuild service. You are required to send in yours (called a "core") as apparently that's the unit that will be rebuilt. The price shown is $199, and I'm assuming that doesn't include shipping it back and forth across the Atlantic. Turn-around time is listed as 3 to 4 weeks, and, again, I'm sure that doesn't include time in transit.
If they still offer this service and you have them do it, it would appear that it would be about 5 to 6 weeks after you drop it in the mail that you would get it back.

From Hemmings: www.midwestbooster.com , if they do not have an original style booster, then they may have an aftermarket unit that will work.
