new here

hi. i just joined. i managed to score back my 1971 cutlass supreme. i owned it 13 years ago after getting it from my ex mother in law. she got it from her brother who passed away. i somewhat took care of it when she had it cuz she didnt. i then got it from her in not bad shape for i think 500 bucks. i owned it for a few years then parked it after hitting a dear with it. i was gonna start restoring it and later had no where to put it. i let it go 13 years ago for 1500. the next owner a 17 year old dude blew the rearend out of it. its been parked for 1o years now. i just got it back a couople days ago for a trade bfor my quad that i paid 1500 for. it needs a rear quarter on passenger side as the wheel well is rotted. i have a rearend for it. engine has 64000 on it. the interior needs redone as the carpet is gone and seats are ripped. dear damage needs fixing as well as the steering column. he lost the key and butchered the column. bummer. its gonna be a project but sure nice to get her back. here are some pics if they work. i need a steering column if anyone has one and a carb as well

Welcome to the site and congrats for getting 'your' car back. Plenty of good info and people here to help you out but you have to keep us posted on the progress (we LOVE progress pics!). Great starting with a low mileage car too.

Welcome

Welcome aboard

I sure someone has the parts you need. Sometimes it's helpful to list your location when searching for parts. Good luck
