new here -1972 cutlass

Hi folks- my mechanic recommended this site to me. I have a project car to sell. I finally decided to let go of my 1972 cutlass supreme. Kept it all these years hoping to restore but times have changed and its time to get it to someone who appreciates it. Its got a 455 and a shiftgate. It has not been wrecked but it is in poor to fair condition. It does not run and hasnt since 1990. Still deciding how to price this car. Figure I would start talking about it...

Pictures and list of options would help a lot to get some feedback on pricing. Is the 455 original to the car?

Welcome. Good luck selling your car.

Some pictures would be very nice as it will open up a lot more interests. Could you at least copy down and list the Cowl Tag, its sometimes called trim tag-data tag etc.

You may have to resize pics smaller to attach them or link to them on photobucket or similar site

You'll get lots of good feedback and probably some pot-shots here too. The VIN should have a U in it it it's a factory 455/TH400 car. I'm a big-time '72 Supreme fan, so I'm looking forward to pics and details and the discussion. If it has a factory-installed Dual Gate shifter, it probably has other goodies as well.
