hey oldsmaniac, good to hear from you!this is a white on white interior car,the motor looks untouched it even has the orig aircleaner and starfire pie tin on it.he said he drove the starfire till it overheated one day and parked it.when i looked at the carb it was a bit frozen up,i was able to free it.we werent able to get the trunk open though.from what i could see the rust didnt seem to bad,the driverside floorboard was rusted through.my hope is that il be able to turn the motor over once i get it here and start working on it.i read that the 425s are pretty strong motors.are parts hard to find?are these cars hard to work on?thanks...john

Parts that are hard to get would be trim pieces, chrome, tailights and other starfire specific trim. The bumpers are shared with all 66 88's and the front with the 98 as well. Mechanical parts should be no problem. I would love to see some pictures when it arrives j.blusnavage@att.net

Welcome to the site! Starfires are a pretty cool car, and yours, the last year made, is 375 hp. It will pull right along once you get it running.
