To get her to run and drive ive had to:

New: batteries, tires, fuel line, rad cap,rad hoses and rad flush, plugs and wires
Multiple oilchanges
Clean: tank

Looks pretty good for an old MN car .
What about brakes ?
I would at least remove all the drums and inspect them carefully for leaks .
If the shoes are worn more than 50 percent they should be replaced and the drums machined .
Are the brake hoses old and cracked ? The steel lines badly rusted anywhere ?
Good luck with your project , and I hope it gives you great pleasure .

New master, lines and wheel cylinders were the last thing previous owner did to it. Also the interior trim and carpet was removed, bagged and labeled years ago. I still have a lot to do interior wise.
Welcome and congrats in getting one more back on the road.
Thanks man!
I've been fairly impressed with the power the 394 can make and the way it sounds straight piped. Better yet, the family loves cruising in it to go to dinner etc..
