Welcome. Make sure you get the factory manuals for your 64 Olds. I think there were 6-8 manuals that year. I had them years ago when I owned my 64 98, they come up on Ebay from time to time.

Thanks. Been a while since I've rebuilt a Rochester.

 

I bought a 4gc kit from Rock Auto. Seemed to be a good quality product.

 

I ordered the rebuild from Fusick and made sure I got both the Fuel Pump and Carb kit and verified they were ethanol ready.

I was reading the post from Charlie on rebuilding the 4GC and never even thought about the jet upgrade for ethanol, so I'll be upsizing those jets when rebuilding.

I'll most likely get those from Daytona.

Thanks Charlie. I called Daytona Parts and spoke with Tim and he confirmed stock sizes as I had 54 primary and 80 secondary, so I bumped them to 55 primary, and 82 secondary.

Tim recommended that while this carb had 126k on it that it would probably be ok as it had normal wear and tear (opening them up to about the sizes you recommended), but I opted to buy new jets just the same.
