Welcome to C.O.

Beautiful car. Even has the DF3 and D33 chrome mirrors.

Far as things to do? I'd check the following:
- Brakes (pads/shoes/brake hoses/fluid level)
- Exhaust
- Power steering pump/ gearbox for leaks.
- All belts/hoses in good condition. Consider replacing all vacuum lines due to age/heat/cracking.
- Suspension + grease all fittings (11) This is not like new cars that are 'lubed for life'
- Cooling system (possible flush and/or replace rad hoses)
- Lights (all)
- Electrical options
- Obvious leaks from engine / tranny
- Change gear oil in differential
- Oil/filter change
- Air filter change
- Check spark plug gaps and plug conditions
- Ensure timing is set properly

Then I think I'd just drive it for awhile to see what the car does before I start anything with it.

Welcome to the site!

I think Allan summed it up pretty good on what you should check out.

Welcome to the site, nice looking car! I had a set of those chrome mirrors once, but forgot the story on them. Allan can you enlighten us? Was it just an option, and if so which years had it?

Looks like swivel buckets. What other options does your car have? John

My good friend had a car the same color and everything. We built a smokin 350 for it and it was well, still pretty slow. Enjoy you car though. It is a real beauty. I think we went with too much cam and not enough gear back in the day. We were just kids, didn't know squat. And no site like this I can assure you. Welcome. These guys are like Einsteins. Ask a question, get the right answer, every time.
