seen this site a few times. decided to sign up. had my 66 cutlass convertible since 1987. been driving/working on it for 29 years.

 

'66 is my favorite year of all the A-body cars! Post pictures when you can. Having a canvas top is the best way to go!

X2. Had a 66 f85 coupe back in the day.

 

i never saw my car with side trim, removed before i got it. the car came with these aluminum mags,never really liked em but after 29 years they started to grow on me. One day, full body off restoration, but then id be paranoid to drive the car. its been up and down new jersey coast, vermont , Pennsylvania, twice drove it to florida, key west. people would look at car, then look at license plates and look at us like we were crazy.

body is shot, we painted it in my garage 1992, same year i did interior and top. but id get in car and drive 200 miles without thinking twice
