Mechanically you should have little problem with parts but as for sheet metal and trim and upholstery, that will be tough.

I would worry about the doors before I would the fender skirts. He has some work to do.

Good luck with your car.

Some background on project

The previous owner was driving this and had a "friend " who offered to paint the car some 30 years ago. Owner went to check on progress of the paint job and the guy had done more disassembly than was expected . The paint was stalled ,disagreements were had and this was what he got back.
Sooo I purchased this from his grandson . Gramps gave him the car in 2015 but was more than he could grasp so he sold it.
I am the fourth owner following Gramps and his grandson who were both there when I picked it up, very bice guys.
It was stored inside but suffered the test of time and rodent
damage. The good news is I do have the skirts, ,doors, all exterior trim that was removed. It is a pretty complete car.
Interior panels were all damaged when removed but the seats are fair and the dash is complete in good condition unmolested
Lots of soap, water and scrubbing and ALOT of penetrant and patience.
Presently busy freeing up the motor , had 4 valves hung up in the guides which bent those push rods when I was turning by hand to at the crank bolt blah blah blah.
I also need to put in a replacement fuel tank which is not available aftermarket for the C bodies;so fuel cell? We'll see

.
