New to Forum...Hi!

9.19.2010

I'm new to the forum and I joined because I decided to play with the BOP
trio a little bit. I like that little jewel of a motor!

I recently bought a '62 F85 with a D&D motor, great interior, airbags, nice billet wheels and...driver paint. I like not having to worry about scratches and dings.

My '63 LeMans 326 arrived Friday night and it was cherry when it got on the truck, but was tied down with a chain which severed the brake line. Then it "came loose" and damged the pristine bumper, nose and arrowhead.

I also have a '62 Skylark 215 coming in near-running condition, and a weather beaten "62 Tempest wagon with the 1/2 V-8.

So, I'm in the game and I'll be combing this forum for knowledge...and I'll give back when I learn more.

Off the bat, I'm looking for backup lenses for my '62 F85 and would appreciate any help you could give.

Thanks,

Kevin

Welcome to CO, Kevin. You will probably find a friend on here in Joe P. w/his '62 F85 wagon w/Patina paint job! He has plans for a Land Rover Turbo on his 215, I think. Once again, welcome.

Man you are a glutton for punishment, Three, no four projects at once, must have lots of time on your hands. Good luck with your builds

Welcome to CO. There is a ton of info and a lot of really knowledgeable people. I would start your search in the Parts - Parts for Sale forum and if you don't find anything post a thread in the Parts- Parts Wanted forum. That is a lot of projects all at once, hope you're ready! Welcome aboard.
