New to the forum.

Hey new to the this forum. i got a 1970 cutlass supreme 4 door HT. It has been in my family for 8 years the interior is just about perfect. the body needs some work. needs fenders and quarters. not sure if i should restore it or find a 1970 2 door HT and use the 4 door as a parts car. either way i would not sell either car once i had it.

I have already done alot of work to the car. suspension, tranny, engine rebuild...

can i use a 2 door 1/4 skin for my 4 door? how many parts are interchangeable?

thanks LAW

That's a nice-looking car. Four-doors from that era are not common these days, and that four-door hardtop body style is really sharp.

Welcome to the site! Sadly, not a lot of demand for the 4 door cars so if you spend money restoring it you'll likely not be able to get it out of the car. But since this is a family heriloom of sorts if you like it go ahead and restore it! I've got some 4 door parts including hardtop doors but I'm located in Oregon. Check with Scott (oldspackrat) as he recently picked up a four door similar to yours that he may be parting out. He's in Indiana, much closer than Oregon

But especially true for most 4 doors. 2 dr cars will always have a higher value than their 4dr counterparts!
