New 71 442 Tribute in Va.
I have always been a fan of Olds Cutlass'. My dream car was found in Ontario Canada and purchased it through Hemmings in March24. I know it is not a 34287, but it is really a nice car and the price made it even nicer. But, I found I have a lot to learn about the car and hoping the experience level of the folks on this page can help me out!
I think I have the codes down but hoping someone can validate.

The car has a 455. Looks like it came out of a 70 Toronado based on numbers. She runs strong and smooth. Stays around 185 to 190 on the hottest days, wheteher stop and go cruising the Virginia Beach Oceanfront or running 70-80 on the highway, and has no oil leaks. The interior I believe is original but is in pretty good shape considering her age. The first weekend I had her I took her to a local show and she took People's Choice out of 200 cars. The looks, thumbs up, comments and appreciation I get are phenomenal. Anyway, I want to redo the upholstery. I see several sources for seats, door panels, dash, etc... Based on forum experience, what is the best source for interior/upholstery ???
ST71- 1971 model year
34267- 3 Oldsmobile, 42 Cutlass Supreme, 67 convertible
LAN 258133- 258133'd 1971 4200 series built in Lansing Fisher plant
TR 987- white vinyl bench seat w/ center armrest which usually came with black dash pad and carpet, but could possibly have had Sienna (reddish brown) dash and carpet with Bittersweet.
62- Bittersweet metallic paint, looks like a color change
A- white convertible top
01C- built 3d week (C) of January (01) 1971
If the car wasn't represented as a real 442, and you didn't pay 442 convertible money, you did OK.
