Well, I just pinned myself to the map! I thought there would be more Olds lovers in central NW. Ohio! Just a 28 year resto guy that loves Oldsmobiles, started with 69 W30, then a 73 Cutlass S with a factory 455, black on black, then a 74 442, all maroon, went to a 76 Cutlass S Gold with Tan interior with cloth inserts and now I'm in a 86 Cutlass Supreme,Medium Charcoal with grey interior, almost 87,000 miles. The wife has a 04 Alero with 329,000 miles!! Now I just have to figure out how to get some pics on here!!
Hi Uncle Fray, Welcome to the site.
Quite a history with Olds I see.
Here's some help with the pics
* clik the 'go advanced' tab
* Press the icon that looks like a paper clip; and A 'Manage Attachments' box will appear
* Choose (navigate on your computer to where the pics are stored) and hit 'open'. repeat for all 5 pics.
* Hit 'upload'. It may take a bit of time depending on your pic resolution. If you have ultra high res, you will have to 'resize' them with your picture editor to a 1024X768 size for the C.O. server to accept them.
* Close the "manage attachments' box.
* Preview your post and the images will be at the bottom
* Hit 'submit post' and the thread will have the images installed at the bottom. Unfortunately you can only do 5 pics at a time this way.
If you have the pics hosted on another web server?
* Copy the IMG url and Press the icon that looks like an envelope with mountains on it. Paste the URL into that box and hit 'ok'. You can install up to 20 images this way.
* Be sure to preview your work.
* Make sure the images don't carry on across the page, stack them for easier viewing.

Central northwest Ohio? Where's that? Is it anywhere near eastern southwest Ohio or southern northeast Ohio? Maybe you're not finding any Olds people because there ain't no such place!
P.S. I used to live in southeastern southeast Ohio, but I've since relocated to southwestern northeast New Mexico.

Uncle, the Classic Olds map is an option. It helps you see who's near you ONLY if they are registered on the map too. I'm sure there are more Olds enthusiasts in your area of Ohio than what you see on the map. Get a list of local car shows and head out there if you'd like to network with others. It's a great way to meet others, learn, share and show off your ride.
I think Allan is right. I think there are more members on this site who are from Ohio than perhaps any other state. Texas might be a close second. But there are many who haven't put themselves on that map.
Some might not have because they're not aware of it. Others might not have out of privacy concerns.
