Any idea what the zone code was? A thread on here is trying to put together as many known Olds dealers and their zone code as possible. Rice is one I hadn't heard of and don't remember seeing mentioned in the thread.

Welcome aboard.
Soooo, did your Dad manage to stockpile some parts for future projects??? JK
I'm guessing you have an Olds yourself?
Suggestion. Post that information on Jasen's thread. He's trying to collect and collate all the Olds dealers from the olden days into a data base of information. Here's a link to his thread: Post your dealer name and zone code

Welcome. I live in Seneca Falls.

I assume your dad's dealership became Daniels GMC Pontiac Olds until they went out of business a few years ago.

Not currently. I owned a Blue & White 1974 Cutlass S, a Black 1985 Cutlass Supreme (my favorite car) and a 1994 Silhouette. My Dad Frequently drove 98s and my mother drove Custom Cruisers and Vista Cruisers. Every summer until 1973 we had 88 convertibles.

I'll look around. I had one taken on a new car showing from 1961 when the Cutlass was still called the F-85.

After he died in '74 my Mother sold it to Dick Henry and then he sold it to Dan Howard in '92 or '93. It's a shame how that dealership went down. I haven't been back to the Finger Lakes region in about 9 years.
