Holy Rocket Disaster Batman!

Well, first I should say Welcome to C.O. Really sorry to hear your Starfire is in pieces. There's got to be more to this story. Where's your 'boy' now and why can't he get it finished?

If it's just a for sale car and it was mine? I would just list it as for sale here or CL and let the new owner put all the work into putting it back together. Unless you have the time, patience, and $$$ to spend on it, it's not worth fixing just to sell. That's my opinion - you'll still get some reasonable $$$ out of it, but you won't recoup anything for the labor or new parts you may have to buy. Most guys who buy these cars end up tearing them apart to redo anyway.

Classic cars cost money, they generally don't make money. Anyway, good luck with your decision and/or project

Well I am told from a reliable source the only thing missing is a radiator and it is more valuable done. I want it out of my garage and I waited long enough for my son to get it done. Putting it in CList.

Maybe your reliable source can also install the rad, battery and all body trim you said was off the car. That was the basis of my comment earlier. Just sayin, that's all.

Wow. Didn't think you'd be so bitter about that; it's not bs. Just observation and copy off your original post. Do whatever you want.

Good luck, regardless. Maybe word of mouth will lead to some success finding someone local to help.

If you go to "Cars for sale" on this site, borrow a camera, take a
few pics, post them on the cars for sale with a price in mind, that
WILL work for you... You would be surprised how many folks on this
GREAT website would be willing to help. Alan is one of MANY. We
Love our Oldsmobiles here. You don't NEED to put it back together!
You might find you can catch more flies with just a little bit of honey than
with vinager any day. I am just trying to help you with a game plan, as was Alan and the rest of the crew.
Just my two cents. Good luck with the Starfire,
they are great cars...
