From Joliet -
Always liked the Olds - had/involved with quite a list;
"64 442 Hdtp - 330 M-22 car red/red 3:08 gear [got the trans after my buddy rolled it end over end @ 95 miles per hour, and walked away!]
'65 Jetstar I - 425, switch pitch, 4:30 gear [tow pkg?] dk.blue + tri-tone interior - loaded factory wheelstander - NO ONE got me out of the gates!!
'69 442 club coupe - auto, air, buckets/console, 3:42 open, lt. blue + tri-tone interior - learned a lot about factory ground straps with this one!
'70 W-30 Hdtp - most loaded 442 I've ever seen! Friend restored it for his wife - triple black/gold stripes! Wife called him from cell after she picked it up from my tuning - couldn't leave a light w/o spinning the tires!!
'69 Cutlass S - Godson picked it up out of Indiana - 350/350 - now has 496 [?] stroker from Rocket Racing, 400, 3:55 posi from Strange! Hasn't made a pass yet, afraid of going -11:50's as he doesn't want to cage it!!
I think it'll run 10:80's!
Currently involved with a trio of '65 442's at a friends body shop;
Dk. blue hdtp - tri-tone interior, bodywork, paint and interior done, but engine misplaced, [guy pulled it, took it to a machine shop [?] and vanished] M-22 and 442 linkage evaporated, too!
Looking for a engine/trans/linkage package! Have a built 455 to trade, or cash!
Maize yellow Club Coupe, black interior P/G P/S, P/B. Was a white top car, now one color with the 2-tone mldgs. May put a black vinyl top on it!
Need l/r window chrome around the window - badly!! Is for sale - $18k OBO!
Only thing the car needs to be perfect!
May also do a 200R4 to make it more driveable!
Convertable - has been buried for so long, and minor parts taken off, I don't even know what's left!
Looking to learn more at this forum - and maybe help others!

Forgot to add:
'69 Cutlass S Hdtp - Chopped and Sectioned!!
Roof has 5" out of the front, 4" out of the rear!
Rear window and trunk "laid down" not cut!
4" taken out of the sides - looks like a Toronado, but neater!
Is about 52" tall on stock suspension!
Hood just closes on stock 350 air cleaner!
Friend bought it from a 'sculpter' that worked over 2 yrs. to get it proportionatly correct!
Have to be around 5 ft. tall to drive it! It's neat, though!

Currently, I've only got a Suburban and a couple of S-10 Blazers! The times got everything but memories!
Cars being worked on belong to a friend at a body shop, and the chopped one belongs to another friend in Peotone.
Have poloroids of the '69 while in the garage - not the best and no way to post!
I'll try to get some, though.
