new member, i just joined and glad to have found this forum. i just bought a 1948 oldsmobile model 66. it has a 350 chevy engine, auto transmission and chevy rear end, also p/b, p/s and tilt wheel. this is not my first old car, i have been restoring old cars for many years, mostly old chevys. this is my first old oldsmobile and looking forward to in put from all of you. thanks --- jim-bo

After the guys are through with you here drop on down to the vintage forum there is a on going thread on the fat fender 40's Oldsmobile's you would probably find interesting.Street rods and stockers all together, not something you see on this forum a lot.
