It's finally time to start on the Olds

I have been looking forward to start a retro mod project on my 72 cutlass,( a little history) that my grand father bought new. When he passed on my grand mother drove it for years. My father then bought it from her, a few years later my mother won it in there divorce. About 1985 my father bought it back from her and put some chrome Craigers on it and had it painted black with a new black top . It was lime green with a wight top. He drove it a little as a third car but it mostly just sat. When I turned 16 the car was mine, I have been threw a lot with this car and it has taken me a lot of places. About ten years ago I put bucket seats, a console ,373 posi gear ,400 turbo and a fresh 455 in it, ( as best a twenty year old with out the right facilities and knowledge, not to mention money and patience could). This car has got drove about 2 time a year since I painted it red 6 years ago.
I just finished a extensive corvette project and I am ready to start on my Olds. I am not a car mechanic and the only way I was able to complete my vett was the corvette forum and I have a lot of ?s for you guys here. To start with. What is the smart way to get big brake and big rotors on these A bodies, and which vendors do you guys prefer? [/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]

I'm not sure how big you want to go with the brakes, but both of these guys offer great customer service and can get you set up from mild to wild. I can tell you that both of these guys know their stuff and will provide tech support. This should get you started.
