Question Im A Newbie olds 350 in a 1980 C10

So I purchased a C10 to fix up and I just found out I have a 350 olds # that I have been able to get to are 395558, just trying to get a parts list together so I can rebuild it..... I am wanting to get around 400-450 hp hopefully that will be possible. Tips and advice will be greatly appreciated also I am wanting to put a comp cam to get the loped sound what else should I upgrade?

Welcome. I'm guessing that this truck was formerly a 350 diesel truck. This was a common swap when the diesel crapper out.
