I have a 1970 Olds 442 W-30.

Options include:
-Air
-Pwr windows
-Pwr brakes
-vari ratio pwr steering
-lighting package
-8-track
-4-way pwr bucket seats
-Custom paint
-Air
-Dual Gate Auto Shifter
-Tilt Steering wheel

I am a newbie collector too......!!

Thanks all. Yep, I will need lots of help I think to make the right choices when it comes to bringing this car up to the highest level of restoration; which is my plan. My first step is, I think, to have the engine blueprinted and trans rebuilt. Both work fine now, but as I said I want optimal performance and the car does have 43K original miles and 40 original years on it.

I have found one shop here in NJ that does high performance engine rebuilds. They specialize in customizing, but told during a phone call that they do restoration rebuilds too. They don't specialize in Olds though and that is something I need to look into further. I plan on meeting with them later this week.
