Hi from the The New Guy
Welcome to the site! Things that will help an ad be successful is to post good clear pictures, include your location or nearest big city and state/province. Post a price and be willing to get shipping costs when people ask about total costs. I use USPS, FedEx and Greyhound bus lines online to get shipping estimates. To complete the transaction be sure to package the parts well, especially things that can easily be broken. This thread has a number of good ideas:

Thanks guys for the warm reception.I buy and sell car parts mostly as a hobby and to earn a little extra cash.I mainly cater to the Lowrider crowd (mainly because they use a lot of different makes and models), but lately have tried to expand to other car groups.I live in the central valley of California,Modesto to be exact and I am surrounded by a lot of auto recyclers (junk yards to us old timers) .And I have been doing this since I was a youngster.I come across different makes and models while looking in the various yards I tend to try to find parts that are unique or different along with the popular parts people like or want.So if I post anything you might be interested please feel free to PM me for anything you need. Thanks, John.
