Help Needed!

Hello Olds Lovers,
I want to put some aftermarket wheels on my 1970 Delta 88 Custom. Does anyone know what size rims I can go with? I have went all out and want to finish the job right. Does anyone know the bolt pattern, offset and how large of an rim I can go without using spacers or adapters?

The bolt pattern will be 5 on 5, but that's the only specific I can share with you. I'd suggest you put it on jackstands, remove the tires/wheels and measure the wheelwell. But take into account suspension movement. I once put 295/50/15 tires on the rear of a 1971 Cutlass Supreme, zero offset on the wheels. It looked great and was fine going straight down the road. But with body roll the inside of the tire rubbed. John

If you are buying your tires or know your local tire guy well pack it down to his shop and have him mount a few wheels and tires. That is what I did and saved a mistake I was about to make...Tedd
