Talking Hello from Nebraska

Hey everyone I'm from NEB. I love the cutlass, but I don't own one yet, but I am currently looking for a 1972 Cutlass. I grew up in a 72, so now I'm on hunt. I would love to find an orange one but as long as it's super clean, and not a supreme I'm good. Color is not too important neither.
I seen a 72 Cutlass orange with a white vinyl top and bench seats "which was a carbon copy of the one I'm trying to find" sell at an auction in sep for 9,072 and I couldn't believe I missed it O-well I hope I'll find one some day soon. Anyways I hope I get the chance to chat with some of you guys, and see some of the sweet cutlass's here.

Thanks, I love all muscle cars, but I really love the 71-72 Cutlass's. I'm currently selling a restored 71 Cuda, and I also own a 68 Chevelle that I'm in the process of restoring.

Have you checked craigslist? Not sure about your area, but out here you can find a pretty solid Cutlass if you don't mind finding a set of stock rims for it.

Ya I have been looking there, ebay, ect. It's not quite as easy as I though. A lot of over priced ones out there.

Welcome....

Welcome "aboard," DC... I have a friend on a long-term quest for a '72 Cutlass conv't, so I have a flea-Bay search I do regularly... I'll send you a message if I see anything that might interest you. As a moderate geezer, I remember very well when the '72s first came out; there was a big color ad for the "new" 442 in my Sunday newspaper, focusing on those cool tail lights, and I think I talked to 3 or 4 of my H.S. buddies that day telling them to check it out....
And BTW, with a nickname like yours, I'd have expected you to be a big Mopar guy...

Welcome. Good luck in your search and take your time to buy the best car your budget allows. Records show my car started life in NB in sable brown but ended up crimson/white in the '80's...think of the odds. Hmmm, chestnut bronze is pretty close to burnt orange for next time

Not sure if you seen these or not, but there are 2 '72's for sale on craigslist. Both of different quality:
