Hello! My name is David, I’ve browsed this forum for a while before joining. From and live in Columbus Ohio. Anybody else local? Here to learn and gather ideas for my 72 Cutlass S. The car is modded pretty mildly. Hoping to change that over the winter.
Plenty of Oldsmobile people in central Ohio. Oldsmobile Club of America national meet was in Columbus in 1990 and Dayton 2023.
Mid-Ohio Chapter OCA contact info superschaef421@att.net . They can put you in touch with other Olds owners in Columbus area who may have parts and info you can use.

Welcome to CO. I'm about an hour west of you near Springfield. Sharp car, what are the mild mods, and what are you looking to change?
Thank you. I’ve done QA1 rear coilovers, 442 Grilles, Halo headlights, new chrome valve covers and air cleaner, classic wood steering wheel. The motor is 350 rocket mildly built bottom end and valve train. 4barrel quadrajet. Lots of other little details.

You say you are collecting parts for the front suspension. If you happen to need a center/drag link for the steering I have a NIB one for a '68 that I don't need. I think it is the same used for your '72. I'd be happy to sell it to you if you need it. It is just gathering dust at this point.
