Hello Everyone!
Now that I'm able to post, I want to say hello. I've already gotten a lot of useful information from this site to help me get stated on restoring my 1969 Cutlass S. It was rescued from a much younger person that really didn't respect the classics. I'll post a picture when I get a good one.
I've always owned a Cutlass but this is my first 60's model and I've found that most parts are hard to find.
I live in North Texas and bought this Cutlass that has never had air conditioning. I don't know what I was thinking (or just wasn't thinking) but I couldn't resist getting it after the first drive.
I'm looking forward to gaining and sharing information and hopefully making some new friends along the way.
Everyone have a good day and weekend!

Welcome to CO
There are quite a few guys on the site from Texas, they will start to chime in soon and they will all ask you for pictures of your car so you might as well post some. AC can be added you know

Welcome to CO, Oldsfever! Yes, quite a few of us in Texas, and North Texas. Go to Announcements (click) and then to 2010 NTOC Zone Show to be held October 22-24 at the Marriott across Hwy 114 from Texas Motor Speedway. Show'N'Go, w/racing Saturday evening up in Denton.

Thanks, I'm feeling at home already. I've always had a eye for the 69. There is just something about it that made it stand out to me. I'll be at the show if I'm in town. That's only a few miles from where I bought the car. Sounds like fun.
