Hello Cut-Dawgs!!

New to the forum, but had a 66 cutlass supreme hardtop since I graduated.. She was my prom date.. Instead of going to the prom I saved my money and was able to buy her, unfortunately three engines and transmissions later I had to put her up because I was not a very careful driver.. Kept blowing them and it got to costly.

She got a bit rusty, so..

I recently purchased a 66 Convertible that has all the 442 emblems, but I believe is a clone. I still need to clean up the engine to get the casting number, but I have a picture of my Tag and was hoping some of you pros could help me decipher.

Thanks in advance!!

at least you got more miles out of her than you would of with your prom date...more expensive though

Might as well start the before and after pics

Found here stored in a garage for 20 years. She'll need some love, but here is her official before pics. I will be needing a lot of advice and information on finding parts.

What I want to look for now:
Engine rebuild shop in the Sacramento or Bay Area Cali
Convertible top place for new top and figure out if it's motor or electrical
Chroming place for emblems and trim
Best place for interior, purchase covers and have done, or have done completely?
Where I can find a Driver side quarter window ( I believe the one from my hardtop will not fit)

It's in a resto shop currently getting blasted. Doing body and paint there, but would like drive train ready by the time they complete.

Any other suggestions are welcomed!

When I read the title to this thread I was expecting your car to be jacked up with 24's and Lambo doors.
