Hello from Austria!

Hello,

my name is Christian, I am from Austria / Europe. Four weeks ago I got my 1955 Super 88 Holiday Coupe.
I already did some work to it, got the carb rebuilt and so on....

I apologize if my english is not perfect, I'll do my best :-)

Best wishes,
Christian

I have always enjoyed the time that we spend in Austria. During this time of year, I would have expected that the local foliage would be full and green. The background foliage appears different than I would have expected.

I do like your Olds and the setting.

Suspect the photo is not "recent".

Good point, yes. The photos are from the seller, but here is one I took a few days ago. No changes happened on the outside. *lol*

Christian - My last stay in Austria I stayed one week at a family owned Inn in Götzens. Lovely family, lovely town. One evening we walked to a nearby village for a traditional Austrian Festival - complete w/ Lederhosen & traditional dance - Haidauer & Osterwitzer Schuhplattler. I drank some nice bier in that village.

Great looking car, Christian!
I have a set of 1955 wheel caps if you are interested in making those wheels look stock!

Thank you for your offer. To be honest, I like the looks of it as it's now. But thanks again, I appreciate!
If I ever change my mind, I'll come back at you :-)

To all of you guys, thank you for the nice welcome!

Cheers,
Christian
