Hello

Just recently picked up a 69 cutlass convertible that just needed some fresh gas and some trans fluid. Has a new top, interior, amateur paint job and only 86k original miles. The car has no seatbelts so despite my kids enthusiasm for going for a drive in it mom says not until they can buckle. Can someone point out where the attachment points are? I had the rear seat out today but saw none.

For the front, ....by both sill plates about center of the seat under the rug will be the holes for the retractable belts. Behind the front seat in the middle at the base of the hump in the floor will be the tapped holes for the other belts.
The rear....remove the bottom seat and look for the tapped holes just below the back rest seat.
69 Olds ragtops are the best in my opinion....always loved them and owned a blue with black interior for many years. Any PICS? Any PICS? Good luck, Tom
